As an artist at heart (and true capricorn energy ), I pour intention, creativity, and care into every guest experience. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Please review this policy before booking your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows me time to offer the slot to another client and keeps the schedule running smoothly. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and will be blocked from booking future appointments. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be considered a no-show. I understand that unexpected things happen.
